Chef Diego de La Rosa

Born in  Spain, he is presently owner of  Paella Party LLC  in New Jersey  and member of the Advisory Council of Paella for the World Foundation. According to experts,  he is one of the best chefs in   the United States. Diego de La Rosa was part of a talented group of Spanish chefs, including the now famous Jose Andres, who decided to settle in the United States during he 80s.
