Chef Manuel Rey & Chef Paco Rodino

Paco Rodino and Manuel Rey’s case  is very special: both are businessmen that dedicate their  spare time cooking paellas and have great respect for the culinary arts.

They obtained the Fermín Daroca Excellence Award 2015 during the semifinal for the USA of the International Valencian Paella Contest of Sueca, an event organized by Paella for the World Foundation and the City of Jersey City.

Thanks to this award, Mr. Manuel Rey and Mr. Paco Rodino formed part of the American delegation that competed in the final of the International Valencian Paella Contest of Sueca (September 11th 2016), an event that is held every year in the town of Sueca, Spain.
